Almond Bread

This is our (almost) famous almond bread that many have come to love.

It is gluten-free and dairy-free and is a great nutritional alternative to bread.

Great for the whole family!!

How to make Almond Bread

You need:
2 cups organic almond meal
3/4 cup organic arrowroot flour
2 teaspoons rapadura sugar or coconut sugar
1 teaspoon bicarb soda
4 tablespoons coconut oil
4 free-range eggs beaten
1/3 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 180C for 35min.
