Passionfruit Chia Pudding – Gluten, Diary and Nut Free!

Passionfruit chia pudding is a fun family loved snack, that is full of fibre and nutritious. It is also gluten, dairy and nut free!

Healthy yummy snacks for the kids are hard to find but this one is by far a winner! Our kids love it and gobble it down so quickly and always want a second helping!! Can add whatever flavour you like and gluten, nut and diary free! Yay!! Hope you enjoy this one! 

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 500ml filtered water
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Fruit of choice (we used blueberries on the bottom and fresh passionfruit on the top)

Method:

Place chia seeds in a glass bowl and add water and leave for 30min – stir occasionally.  Add can coconut milk once seeds have absorbed water and turned jelly like. Stir in coconut milk and leave until absorbed.

Place blueberries at bottom of chosen glass, fill with chia seeds and finish with passionfruit on the top.

Your passionfruit chia pudding is ready to enjoy!
