Apricot Coconut Bliss Balls – Nut Free

My daughter and son recently started playgroup and the requirements for morning tea (as all groups and schools require) that we bring nut free foods for our kids to enjoy! As a mum who relies on nuts for everything in my raw treats this definitely got me thinking outside the box! After some inspiration from a lovely lady at one of my essential oil workshops, we gave this apricot coconut bliss balls recipe a go and the kids love them! So so simple!! Give them a try too, you won’t be disappointed!


  • 1 cup sulphur free organic dried apricots
  • 1 cup organic dedicated coconut (shredded is fine too) – keep a little extra out for rolling
  • 5 dates (optional)


Combine all ingredients in your food processer and once mixture is well combined roll in desiccated coconut and store in fridge.

Try some different dried fruits to mix it up a bit!

Super easy! And enjoy making your own yummy apricot coconut bliss balls!!
