This is our (almost) famous almond bread that many have come to love.
It is gluten-free and dairy-free and is a great nutritional alternative to bread.
Great for the whole family!!
How to make Almond Bread
You need:
✨2 cups organic almond meal
✨3/4 cup organic arrowroot flour
✨2 teaspoons rapadura sugar or coconut sugar
✨1 teaspoon bicarb soda
✨4 tablespoons coconut oil
✨4 free-range eggs beaten
✨1/3 cup boiling water
✨2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 180C for 35min.
