Gluten free Peppermint Slice is a great recipe for those looking for something healthy, gluten free and fun options!
It is difficult in this day and age to find recipes that are free from inflammatory foods, that also taste great. Finding that balance can be tricky, but this recipe is great and you do not even add sugar of any kind.
We get this recipe out and make it together with the kids. They collect up the ingredients and place it all on the table. Cooking is one of the best skills you can teach your kids and eating healthy comes with this. They love following the instructions, measuring everything out and then of course eating the finished product when it’s done!
Kids absolutely love this and its sweetened with dried fruit!
No processed sugar, no additives, no gluten it is perfect for a family snack.
If you want to get adventurous you can switch the peppermint oil for wild orange and make a choc orange slice that is extremely tasty as well.
